Your SAGE tool evolves

Are you a Synoptic ERP and SAGE customer ? Your tool is evolving and many major changes were presented at the last Sage Partner Sessions in Lille. From June 1st, 2021 the accounting and finance products of the I7 generation will no longer receive legal evolutions and the maintenance service will be stopped. It is therefore essential to anticipate this announced end now. We are at your side to provide you with personalized support every step of the way !

Maintenance and evolutions

  • The maintenance shutdown of the I7 controlled editions is scheduled for 31.12.2019.
  • The maintenance shutdown of the I7 accounting and finance range will take place on 30.06.2021.
  • The end of developments on all products of generation I7 and earlier is scheduled for 31.12.2019.

Anticipate your migration to the new 100cloud solutions

With the arrival of the 100cloud solutions, SAGE will no longer maintain “old generation” parks because of the constraints linked to the evolution of operating systems (WINDOWS) which increase the risks of obsolescence of the old products.

The new 100cloud solutions arriving as a replacement :

  • Meets the legal obligations related to the GDPR and the Finance Act.
  • Has analysis tools running under Sage BI Reporting and no longer under the piloted editions for which deployments will no longer be possible as of 2020.
  • Can now be used under SQL.
  • Offers “relooked” interfaces to improve the user experience.
  • Allows you to benefit from attractive rental rates.
  • Is the result of a partnership with Microsoft (office 365) and AWS (hosting).

Cloud solutions or 100% SAAS solutions

The 100cloud solution is already available. From June 2020, a 100% SAAS solution will also be launched. When you migrate from I7, you have two choices : the 100cloud version or the SAAS version from June 2020.

The Sage and Synoptic ERP solutions are completely interconnected and assure you that everything necessary is done to be 100% compatible with the 100C.

In addition to this preparation for the 100cloud, we are finalising, in parallel, the project for an invoice dematerialisation tool connected to Sage 100cloud in conjunction with Synoptic.
