Is Synoptic ERP an open ERP?

Yes. Synoptic ERP was designed to integrate seamlessly with your information system. It communicates with your business software through connectors (Sage, MyReport, SolidWorks, Synoriel) and custom interfaces developed by our teams. This openness allows your ERP to become a lasting part of your software ecosystem, with no technology lock-in.

How does Synoptic ERP interface with CAD software?

Synoptic ERP features a dedicated CAD Interface module that imports items and bills of materials from SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, TopSolid, Cadwork, SEE Electrical, Altium and any software that exports a structured flat file (CSV, TXT, XML). For SolidWorks E-PDM, an integration via Web Services is also available.

Is Synoptic ERP ready for the French e-invoicing reform?

Yes. Synoptic ERP natively includes the e-invoicing and e-reporting features required by the reform: issuing and receiving compliant invoices, transaction and payment data flows, automatic reading of supplier invoices, matching with goods receipts, invoice approval workflow and legal archiving. The solution connects to our partner certified e-invoicing platform (Plateforme Agréée, PA).

Which Business Intelligence solution is integrated with Synoptic ERP?

Proges Plus is a certified MyReport partner. MyReport BI is natively embedded in Synoptic ERP screens, with contextual dashboards available on customer and item records or on the home page. An export to Power BI is also available for companies that want it.

Can Synoptic ERP communicate with my own in-house tools?

Yes. Beyond the connectors already available for market software, our consultants help your teams specify, develop and deploy custom interfaces with your in-house tools or any third-party system with open connectivity. Each interface is then maintained over time by our teams.

Are Synoptic ERP integrations maintained over time?

Yes. Proges Plus keeps all interfaces fully operational under the Synoptic ERP maintenance contract, including the changes required by updates to the connected third-party software (Sage, MyReport, PrestaShop, public APIs such as INSEE, BCE, Pro Douane, etc.).
